I am proud to serve on the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, where we work to rein in Washington and hold the federal government answerable to the American people. The Committee serves as a critical check on unelected bureaucrats and executive overreach by rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse; challenging the ever-growing regulatory state; and demanding transparency from powerful institutions. Our work exposes government mismanagement and political bias—whether in federal agencies, the media, or Big Tech—and ensures taxpayer dollars are spent responsibly and lawfully.

I also serve as Chairman of the Military and Foreign Affairs Oversight Subcommittee. In this role, I focus on strengthening America’s national security by ensuring our servicemembers have the resources, readiness, and leadership they need to remain the most lethal fighting force in the world. We conduct rigorous oversight of defense and foreign policy decisions, promote peace through strength, and advance a foreign policy that puts American interests first while holding Biden-era national security failures fully accountable.
