Today, Rep. William Timmons (R-SC) released the following statement after voting in support of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023.

“I am proud to support the NDAA to ensure our troops have the proper resources, training, and equipment they need to carry out their missions and defend our nation. The NDAA also includes a provision to eliminate the COVID vaccine mandate for members of our military. This is a huge win for our servicemembers, and I thank Leader McCarthy for fighting to bring this mandate to an end.”
